Governance & Investment Committee

Investment decisions at EtherRealm are made through a formal Investment Committee (IC), with Senior Partners holding final decision authority, including veto rights.

This governance structure ensures that capital allocation reflects strategic conviction rather than market noise, and that accountability remains clear at every stage.

The firm’s legal structure is established in the Cayman Islands, while operational activities are conducted through our United States office in Irvine, California.

Senior Partners represent the highest decision-making layer within EtherRealm. Fundraising is not transactional—it is built on trust, institutional credibility, and long-standing relationships with Limited Partners such as sovereign funds, insurance capital, and family offices.

As members of the Investment Committee, Senior Partners possess final approval and veto authority over capital deployment, often determining the allocation of tens or hundreds of millions of dollars.
